Vista VW Pompano Beach is searching for a dynamic and dedicated VW Sales Associate, a team player with a magnificent work ethic and eagerness to learn. Ideally, with experience in the service industry, car experience is not required. Looking for someone that wants to be part of a thriving store and wants to make a career out of it. With earning potential ranging from $60k up to $150k.

Responsibilities

• Achieve unit sales targets for new and used cars
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the VW center's vehicles and accessories
• Assume full responsibility for the entire sales process
• Finding the right vehicle for the client
• Prepare client for ownership with a smooth and thorough delivery
• Establish a sustained consultative relationship with the client
• Close sales effectively, be profit-minded, and understand new and used car F&I
• Develop and follow up with new business leads
• Maintain knowledge of VW products and services; maintain professional and technical expertise through on-the-job training; attend trade shows and educational programs; establish a personal network, review industry publications etc.
